We are a private limited company formed in the year 2001 mainly for the construction and development of housing sector catering to the need of lower middle class and middle class people in the city of Madurai. Er. T. Pandiarajan and Smt. A. Sendhil Lakshmi are the founder directors of the company.
A 1985- Batch Civil Engineering graduate of Madurai Thiagarajar College of Engineering. Er. T. Pandiarajan was worked with various companies from 1985 to 1992 and got experience by working almost all over India. To name a few he was closely associated with HBJ pipeline project, Ankola to Bellary Road project, underground tunnel project- uran, Gujarat Refinery water line project, Itarsi – ordinace factory Extension project, Davangere – munirubad 400kv DC Transmission line work, Madurai – pugalur 230 kv SC-Transmission line work, Madurai – Neyveli 400kv DC Transmission line work and also worked as lecturer of Civil Engineering department of vellore Engineering college- Vellore for 2years. By this rich experience he started his own career in his native place Madurai in the year 1992 slowly but Steadily he earned a good name with Madurai people by his hard work and quality performance.

T. Pandiarajan, is a civil engineer, engaged in the construction of individual houses, educational trust buildings, commercial complex and residential flats for the past thirty five years and has constructed and sold more than 300000 sq.ft in the city of Madurai in various capacities and in Joint Venture with the land owners.
Dr. A. Sendhil Lakshmi, is a doctor by profession and ably supporting Er. T. Pandiarajan
In carrying on the day to day business activities by looking after administration of the company.
Ar. Vishwanath Pandiarajan, completed his Barch at Manipal University and his March at Hindustan University. Handles all the design and detailing of all the projects.
